BARTLETT ELEMENTARY PTA VOLUNTEER FORM 2012-13
It's hard to believe that summer is over and the 2012-2013 school year has begun!
The Bartlett PTA is planning another great year filled with fun and exciting activities for our students and their families. The PTA needs you, the parents of Bartlett, to help make these events successful. Please complete the form below with your contact information so we can keep you up to date on events.

September 21st Movie Night
October 22nd-26th Book Fair!!
October 26th Spooky Story Night
These dates are already set, and we'll need volunteers to work the fair during school each day, help out for Spooky Story night on the 26th, and help with set up and breakdown. This is a great event for the kids, and all the profits go to books for the school library!
December Crafts with Santa
January Movie Night
February Spaghetti Bowl
March Book Fair and Dr Seuss Night
April Grandparents Lunch, Easter Bunny Breakfast
May Father/Daughter Dance
June Mother/Son Event and End of School Field Day
Even if you think you may be able to help out once during the school year, please complete this form. Every bit of volunteer time is so helpful to our school and the students!
If you have a special hobby or interest that you feel may benefit the PTA, please let us know. We know everyone is busy, so we've outlined some of the planned events with approximate dates so you have an idea of when things are happening. We'll let you know set dates for everything shortly. Your time means the world to the students of Bartlett School.
